MAI and Mingalar are proud to offer three membership tiers, JADE, RUBY, and DIAMOND; each membership has particular privileges. As a Sky Smile Program member, the more you fly with MAI and Mingalar, the more miles you can earn and the more rewards you can enjoy. The higher your membership tier, the greater your privilege.

Remark

• Membership Tiers Miles validity is 24 months on accumulated basic from the date you have flown with MAI & Mingalar.
• Members are required to apply their membership ID number during booking. If members missed to add membership ID number during booking, they have to claim back missing mileages in their membership accounts within 3 months.
• Members can only collect miles when the name/surname in the membership accounts exactly match with the name/surname on the tickets. If not so, there will have member name change fee.
• Membership will be downgraded if there's inactivate or the member doesn't achieve the minimum mileage required within 24 months. Retaining your tier status will be based on your travel activities and mileages.

Jade Tire

Jade Tier is the entry level membership.

Jade membership Terms & Conditions are as follows:

• 12 years and above.
• All privileges not applicable for codeshare flights.

Jade membership benefits are as follows:

• Accrual of points based on ticket conditions.
• Enjoy extra privilege offers at Sky Smile partners.

Ruby Tire

When a Jade Tier has accumulated 5,001 miles, the member will be automatically eligible to be upgraded to Ruby Tier and enjoy privileges.

Ruby membership Terms & Conditions are as follows:

• Membership will be downgraded to Jade tier if the minimum mileage required is not achieved.
• All privileges not applicable for codeshare flights.

Ruby membership benefits are as follows:

• Accrual of points based on ticket conditions.
• Priority reservations waiting list.
• Priority Check-in.
• Priority Boarding.
• Priority Baggage handling.
• Additional check-in baggage allowance of ten (10) KG for Business tickets and five (5) KG for Economy tickets.
• RUBY Tier can redeem miles for award tickets as per the Program's terms & conditions. Mileage accrual and redemption are based on miles provided in the Mileage Calculator.
• Enjoy extra privilege offers at Sky Smile partners

Diamond Tire

When a Ruby Tier has accumulated 10,001 miles, the member will be automatically eligible to be upgraded to Diamond Tier and enjoy the highest customer experience as MAI & Mingalar’s loyal member.

Diamond membership Terms & Conditions are as follows:

• Membership will be downgraded to the Ruby or Jade Tier if the member doesn't achieve the minimum mileage required within 24 months.
• All privileges are not applicable for codeshare flights.

Diamond membership benefit are as follows:

• Accrual of points based on ticket conditions.
• Priority reservations waiting list.
• Priority Check-in.
• Priority Boarding.
• Priority Baggage handling.
• Additional check-in baggage allowance of twenty (20) KG for Business tickets and ten (10) KG for Economy tickets.
• Access to the Lounge at Yangon & Mandalay Airports (Except for special promotion classes).
• Special air side transfer at Yangon and Mandalay Airport (between terminal and aircraft) (Except for special promotion classes).
• Preferred seating depends on seat availability (request at Check-in Counter).
• Diamond Tier can redeem miles for award tickets as per the Program's terms & conditions. Mileage accrual and redemption are based on miles provided in the Mileage Calculator.
• Enjoy extra privilege offers at Sky Smile partners.

Termination Process

MAI & Mingalar may terminate a member's Sky Smile Program membership with immediate effect if the member:

• Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions and/or other rules and regulations incorporated by reference, provided such terms, rules, and regulations have been duly and timely communicated to the client. Without prejudice to any other rules or regulations, the rules for the use and stay at MAI & Mingalar's lounges are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
• Attempts to obtain awards or benefits from the Sky Smile Program by providing false, improper, or abusive information. The client who presents this type of information shall be liable for any resulting losses, and any Sky Smile Program Miles falsely obtained will be declared null and void.
• To behave in a disorderly fashion on board or at MAI & Mingalar premises or in a way that violates the rules of access, use and stay at those facilities (including MAI & Mingalar lounges or any other spaces operated by MAI & Mingalar).
• MAI & Mingalar may suspend Sky Smile Program accounts on suspicion of fraud, without MAI & Mingalar or any of its partners being penalized. The client will be expelled from the Program without notice and all the miles earned from all awards and any bookings made will be canceled and the client will not be permitted to hold the Program card again or obtain benefits from the same.
• If the member is not active within 2 years.

Sky Smile Log in / Sign Up
