The airlines reserve the right to change the miles as redeemed as per the airlines' Commercial or Operational requirements.
Rules and Regulations for Redeem Miles
- Ruby and Diamond tires are eligible to redeem Award Ticket.

- MAI & Mingalar need to receive your Award Ticket Request (14) working days prior to the travel date.
- Mile redemption is based on miles provided in the Mileage Calculator of the membership account.
- If you want to redeem the ticket with Economy Class, you have to use 10 times of Eco Flexi Earning Miles + Airport Taxes.
- If you want to redeem the ticket with Business Class, you have to use 10 times of Business Flexi Earning Miles + Airport Taxes.
- The award tickets can’t be claimed in the Black Out Holiday Dates set up by the Airline.
- The Award tickets cannot be canceled, information changed, exchanged, transferred, inherited or misused.
- Any taxes, surcharges, or duties arising out of or in connection with the receipt of the Award or benefits shall be the responsibility of and bonded by the passengers.
- MAI & Mingalar shall not accept any responsibility or liability in the event of non-availability, the impossibility of reservation, or issuance of an Award due to or connection with the termination of the partnership, the charging of flight schedule, or any other reason beyond control.
